Following our historic Grand Opening year at YMCA Camp: Horsethief Reservoir, we asked Y Camp Moms (and Dads) a question: In what ways do you feel our Resident Camp program was a worthwhile experience for you and your child?

"He had a very positive experience at camp. I was pleased to hear new things he learned to do. For instance, he learned how to purify water and cook campfire, and he sang songs with his group. He also enjoyed the hikes and chapel time. We were hoping he would gain some maturity and self confidence this summer, as he starts sixth grade this year. I feel he did, and as a result we want to send him next year!"
