Our countdown to YMCA Camp: Horsethief Reservoir's June 20 Opening Day continues, and remaining beds are filling up quicker and quicker!

If there's a full camp that you really want to attend, you can still get on the waiting list. Sometimes a slot or two will open up at the last minute due to cancellations, and if that happens and you're at the top of the list, we'll give you a call!

Resident Camp grants for military families!

17 DAYS UNTIL RESIDENT CAMP!

In April, YMCA of the USA (Y-USA) received a $500,000 grant from The Sierra Club Foundation to provide military youth and their families an opportunity to experience overnight and family camps with program fees covered in full.

The Treasure Valley Family YMCA received a portion of this grant for military families here in Idaho!

This grant applies to Resident Camp for Youth, Teen or Families, as well as Summer Day Camps through the Child Development Branch. We are proud to offer the following:

Teen Adventure Series Camps

Ages 11-14

Family Camp

All Ages

Traditional Summer Day Camps

Kindergarten to 8th Grade

For Resident camp, any interested families can fill out a registration form. Please write MILITARY FAMILY GRANT on the top of the registration and forward to Jules Barney, Camp Registrar at Corporate Offices/Youth Branch, as soon as possible, or call her at (208) 344-5502, Ext. 250.
