Is your teen showing leadership qualities or a desire to serve? YMCA Camp: Horsethief Reservoir has multiple resident camps for burgeoning leaders.

Ranger Camp, Leader-In-Training and Counselor-In-Training are resident camp programs designed to give teens practical, hands-on experience in leadership.

Our programs develop leadership skills in our campers that they can use throughout their lives to help others and themselves identify and achieve goals. Our programs are a valuable learning experience for any teen who wants to develop and practice their leadership skills. Additionally, CIT's learn to effectively lead and work with children.
