Rangers are the new L.I.T.s!

67 DAYS UNTIL HORSETHIEF RESERVOIR GRAND OPENING!

Going to be 13 during summer 2010 and confused about which program is for you? It’s the new Ranger program at YMCA Camp: Horsethief Reservoir!

Rangers follow a program much like the L.I.T.s (Leaders-in-Training) of old, focused on leadership and service to camp. Rangers will participate in some camptivities, be a part of the all-camp activities like games and campfires, and get a chance to try new teen activities like the zip line, rappelling, and ropes course.

Additionally, Rangers will get involved in camp leadership through small projects that highlight the value of giving back. After being a Ranger, campers can continue on the camp leadership path in the LIT and CIT programs in future summers.
